Our Founders Norma R. Ward, MA, and Kimberly K. Peters, MAPC, founded Progressive Transition(s) in 2008. Norma and Kim share the collective experience of more than 35 years in Social Work and Counseling, specializing in Domestic Violence, Intimate Partner Violence, Sexual Assault, Trauma, Substance Abuse, and Addiction. The Staff and the Board of Directors of Progressive Transition(s) reflect the diversity of the populations we serve, and maintain ethical responsibility and integrity in our personal and professional lives.
